Preventive maintenance contract, for your hardware, including verification, calibration, firmware upgrade, technical support, access to technical web site.

Extended warranty contract, for your software, including software upgrade (yearly upgrade), phone and e-mail assistance for installation and troubleshooting, e-maintenance, e-repair, access to technical web site, technical seminars.
