Maintenance and extended warranty contracts

01dB-METRAVIB offers 2 types of contract for the metrological maintenance of your hardware and software

  • Preventive maintenance contract, for your hardware, including verification, calibration, firmware upgrade, technical support, access to technical web site.

  • Extended warranty contract, for your software, including software upgrade (yearly upgrade), phone and e-mail assistance for installation and troubleshooting, e-maintenance, e-repair, access to technical web site, technical seminars.
