Predictive Maintenance and Vibration Analysis Software

The OneproD XPR-300 (eDiag) software is the heart of OneproD System. Its many features allow for the optimum management of all aspects of a conditionnal maintenance platform.

Measurements

On-line measurements with OneproD MVX for the most critical machines, which are not easy to access or with variable speed. OPC Client interface for direct acquisition of process data.
Off-line measurements with OneproD MVP for periodic data collection on other machines. Thermography and oil analysis data are also integrated in a single data base .

Automatic analysis

OneproDXPR is granted with all tools required for the automatic extraction from
measurements of parameters most rele-vant to assess the status of the machines and to detect any developing defect. These parameters are displayed with status color codes in a point/defect matrix or a supervision screen. This unique presentation allows for a quick definition of the actions to implement.
Each parameter is compared to predefined thresholds in order to generate (or not) an alarm status. There are many types of thresholds used to monitor any type of evolution: absolute thresholds, thresholds relative to the previous measurement or to a reference measurement, statistical thresholds and trend thresholds for anticipation.
Furthermore, OneproDXPR can use operating conditions to adjust its acquisition and
monitoring strategy and thus provide an ever more relevant analysis. Multitechnique
information (vibration, thermography, oil and process) is then correlated to confirm the result.

Communication:

Nowadays, communication is an essential point to share and analyze results with other
departments within - or outside - the company and thus increase the value of one's work. In addition to the Web mode, OneproD XPR includes many functions designed to allow the user share information: SQL-standard Oracle® databases, data export and import, editing and publishing of reports (PDF, RTF, etc., formats)

The OPC interface allows for bi-directional data exchange with process:

OPC Client: to provide OneproDXPR with process parameters essential to work out the
diagnosis,
OPC Serveur : to provide the control room with indicators on operating status.

Also, OneproD XPR directly informs the user by e-mail or SMS of any event occurring in the production assets.

Expertise

OneproDXPR uses the powerful graphic module to help you issue diagnoses and illustrate
analysis reports. It includes many representation modes: trend, simple or concatenated
spectrum, waterfall spectrum, time signal, circular view, orbit. For transient phases, Bode and Nyquist diagrams, Ellipse spectrum, position plots and speed profile are available. For each type of plot, advanced cursors (simple, double, harmonic, sideband) and post-processing allow for faster and further diagnoses.

Reports

Several types of customizable reports can be generated automatically. Analysis comments, recommendations, actions and observations made during maintenance operations are stored in a database, constituting the history of each machine. Reports are easy to distribute and can also be archived.

Flexibility

3 versions of OneproD XPR, allow to match the requirements of the user cost effectively:

Easy: first-level monitoring on simple machines
Advanced: first level monitoring on any type of machine
Premium: high levelmonitoring on any type of machine

Depending on the organization of each company Onepro DXPR is available on Desktop,
Client/Server, and Web configurations.

The Web version of OneproD XPR relies fully on its communication capabilities. In a few words, it means that what you need to access OneproD XPR is a mere Internet navigator. Now, it is even easier for the maintenance technician to share information, either to get assistance from experts or to make a rapid decision in collaboration with the production department. Moreover, the user can leave all system management tasks to the computer specialists and focus entirely on his/her own tasks.

Administration

OneproD XPR includes all tools to manage data security and integrity and to assist the user for system management: manual or automatic backup, restoration, secure access through passwords and user profiles.
Data storage also benefits from the security features of the Oracle® Database.
