OneproD-MVXMonitoring & predictive maintenanceon-line SystemThe design of the OneproD-MVX system is based on 2 simple principles that result from 15 years' experience in the online monitoring of industrial machines: There is no need to multiply measurements if one does not have a good knowledge of machine operations.
All measurement channels must be acquired and processed simultaneously to analyse machines with variable speed or non-continuous operating.
Operators are often faced with quasi-permanent alarms when working with usual online monitoring systems. This is due to the fact that operating conditions of machines have changed, whereas measurement settings have not.
With the OneproD-MVX system, not only are operating conditions of the machines taken into account (speed, load, etc.), but data processing is also adjusted to these conditions. A genuine monitoring strategy is then implemented for an outstanding quality and reliability of information. For operators, vibration data can now be perfectly integrated into process management in order to increase productivity and reduce machine shutdowns

Set up with OneproD-CSM configuration tool, OneproD-MVX very easily achieves the stand-alone monitoring of one or several machines. Indicators locally calculated by OneproD MVX are compared with alarm thresholds in order to control relays. They can also be displayed in a synthetic and clear way using the visual display software OneproD VIO.
Combined with the predictive maintenance software OneproD XPR, one or several OneproD MVX modules make up a powerful predictive maintenance network, suited to any type and any size of machine. Functions for the local display of indicators by OneproD VIO and for transfer to the OneproD XPR platform allow to combine monitoring and maintenance functions within the same architecture.
When machines to be monitored are isolated or when local expertise does not exist, monitoring and analysis may be fulfilled remotely by external experts, through modern communication networks. In this case OneproD-MVX acts as a local autonomous, smart and automatic operator.
Frequently next to vibration monitoring systems, process feeding of the PLC or the DCS with vibration indicators allows to take into account and to visualise these data on the supervision screens.. OneproD-MVX provides all the resulting indicators through a MODBUS protocol. A physical RS485 link or the Ethernet network may either been used for it.
